Booking Terms & Conditions
Max. 6 occupants for the term of the holiday let.
The lead booker (“The Hirer”) shall be responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition and ensuring the property and its contents are respectfully used for the duration of the period of hire.
In the event of damage to the property or contents, beyond fair wear and tear, the property Owner has the right to make a claim on the Hirer’s damage deposit. If damage occurs, the Hirer should contact the property Owner to advise immediately.
Any damage to the property or contents exceeding the damage deposit amount, then the Hirer shall be held accountable for the balance over and above the deposit of replacement of the item.
The Hirer is not authorised to remove any items from the property during the term of their let.
The Hirer cannot sub-let the property.
The Hirer must vacate the property by 10am on the final day of hire.
A deposit payment of 25% of the total booking fee will be taken at booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the holiday let. If the booking is within 8 weeks of hire then full payment will be taken.
A damage deposit of £200 will be required 1 week before hire and returned no later than 1 week after vacating the property should there be no damage from the date of hire.
Cancellation of the booking needs to be given in writing. If the cancellation is made prior to 8 weeks ahead of the booking date then the 25% booking deposit shall be returned. If cancellation is made within the 8 week period then return of the booking deposit is at the discretion of the property Owner and is not guaranteed.
